We love Outlander at Drummond Scottish Tours - and with Season 8 upon us there's never been a better time to join us as we explore where it all began, where it's filmed, and the real stories of the incredible locations featured in the hit show. We offer both single‑day adventures, multi‑day journeys and bespoke custom experiences giving you the freedom to experience Outlander your way.

We would like to thank Diana Gabaldon for her tremendous contribution to Scotland's tourism and for introducing millions of people to the beauty, mystery, and spirit of Scotland. What better way to celebrate her work than by giving her loyal fans the experience of a lifetime here in the land that inspired it all.

Whether you are a fan of the TV show, the books, or both, we believe that Scotland will surpass your expectations. We’re incredibly proud of our small country, and our Outlander experiences blend beloved filming sites with the true stories behind them. We can’t promise you’ll catch Jamie Fraser - but like Black Jack Randall, we won't stop 'til we do!

One of our favourite parts about hosting our Outlander themed experiences is the combination of loved filming locations and the real stories that shaped them. From the incredible success of Culross (Cranesmuir village) in it's 16th century heyday, to the remarkable longevity and historical connections of Doune Castle (Castle Leoch)and Midhope Castle (Lallybroch) there's so much to uncover. Would you like to know how Castle Leoch links to the Declaration of Independence? Join us on tour to find out...

Of course, as the Outlander TV show took off, so did Claire and Jamie's adventures - yet

season after season, the show (and it's spin off 'Blood of my Blood') continue to be filmed right here in Scotland, giving us a wealth of locations to explore. We also love visiting places that don't feature in the books or show but are acknowledged inspirations, such as the 4000 year old Clava Cairns near Inverness - an unforgettable stop for any fan.

Our Outlander tours are just as popular with guests who have never read the books, watched the show or even know the story. So never be discouraged if you feel you're being 'dragged along'. We guarantee you'll love it.

Come and join us in bonnie Scotland, and dinnae fash, even sassenachs are welcome with Drummond Scottish Tours!
